Open Door Charity provides free, fast and effective mental health support without waiting lists to young people and adults.
We reimagine what mental health support looks, sounds, and feels like using evidence-based programmes in non-clinical settings, creating spaces people want to be in, with people they want to spend their time with.
Our main offerings are Bazaar (for low mood and anxiety), Colours (for stress), Mysa (for disordered eating - no diagnosis necessary) and OOMOO (for Children Looked After (CLA) ages 11 to 18 years old)
Who is this aimed at?
We focus on supporting young people and adults because evidence shows that this age group are particularly short-changed by mainstream mental health support
