We help people gain confidence and skills, get into training and work, protect and improve green spaces, lead more active lives and overcome significant challenges such as poverty, isolation, low skills and poor health.
We support 16/17 year olds who are not in education, employment and training (NEET) and help them into college or training. The on track programme will help a young person for 6 months to obtain a positive outcome to ensure they stay on track. All young people can have up to one GCSE at grade C or above. Any young people who have no qualifications can also be supported, as well as young people who come through the youth offending service or those who have been through the care system.
