Baby and Me, is for women living in Wirral who are registered to birth with Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
We offer virtual peer support to women during pregnancy and beyond, who are experiencing difficulties or wanting to reach a personal goal through their pregnancy journey. If you're feeling isolated, struggling with housing issues, having difficulty in accessing local services and finding it hard to stop smoking, these are just a few reasons why you could benefit from our support.
Support is provided in a number of ways:
- Text buddy service
- One-to-one Peer support phone calls
- One-to-one video calling options
- Dedicated social media
- Virtual groups
- Bite-size informational videos
